2.3 The purchase confirmation will be provided by the app store you use to download NoScroll.

4. Accessibility Features
4.1 NoScroll utilizes accessibility features to identify and block short videos on supported platforms.
4.2 We prioritize your privacy and do not access or store any personal data beyond what’s necessary to identify short video content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1 THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5.2 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
5.3 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OF USING THE APP WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7.1 While Curizic Technologies strives to provide support for NoScroll functionality across a wide range of apps, it is important to understand that compatibility may vary depending on the app itself and ongoing updates from those app developers.

8. Termination
8.1 We may terminate your access to the App for any reason, at any time, without notice.

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
